Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we ship to The United States, Australia, The United Kingdom, New Zealand and Japan for free.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

It will take 2-7 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

• IR Disputes/Stikes
• Weather
• Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
• Large or Bulky Items

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

RISK-FREE SHOPPING

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refund in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping shedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages thar are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund. You can refer to our Retuns Policy.
